♥ Making a Purchase
All orders are on a first confirm first served basis and payment is required to be in within 24 hours. Items not paid within the 24hours time frame, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter.
Please kindly inform us if you wish to give the item a pass. Please also take note that product clarifications are not considered as Item Confirmation thus we will not set aside that item for you til we receive your Item Confirmation.
If the item status is under Pending, it means that we are waiting payment from other buyers. You can still leave your confirmation and we will contact you should the item be made available due to dead buyers.
Strictly no bargaining and trades. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Should the item be faulty, an exchange will be done for the exact item, unless the item is Out of Stock. We will then do an exchange for another item which is of the same price, or higher. A top up is required for the item of higher pricing. Exchanges will be on a case-by-case basis. Shipping and Handling
– Normal Postage
Shipping and handling for normal postage is an additional charge of:
S$1.00 (1 item),
S$1.50 (2-4 items) and
S$2.55 (5 items and above).
Shipping and handling for normal postage is an additional charge of:
S$1.00 (1 item),
S$1.50 (2-4 items) and
S$2.55 (5 items and above).
The delivery time for mails sent via normal postage is between 2 to 7 working days.
– Registered Postage
Shipping and handling for normal postage is an additional charge of S$2.24.
Precious Littles Closet will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged mails through normal mails. Hence, we strongly recommend all customers to opt for registered mail as it is the safer distribution method.
♥ Exchange Policy
There may be a 1.5cm – 3cm difference in our stated measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
Item actual color may differ slightly due to lighting effect or monitor's resolution.
Any exchange must be made within 7 days. This 7-day frame starts from the date the customer receives the item to the date of mailing it out. Items returned for exchange MUST be in original packaging with tag intact and labels still attached. Items must not be stained, soiled, washed or worn.
An exchange will be made at no extra charge if:
1. The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour the customer has ordered as stated in the email confirmation.
2. The size of the product we delivered is not the size the customer has ordered as stated in the email confirmation.
3. The product is torn/damaged at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product. No exchange will be allowed if the claims are reported thereafter.
